compat: v2-first lazy v1 proxy; py3.14-safe; on-demand v1 encoders
- _compat/v1.py: proxy PEP-562 (lazy), STRICT env, wrappers mínimos
- encoders.py: remove v1.* do dict global; registra v1 on-demand
- _compat/shared.py: guards com sys.modules; sem import v1 no topo
- _compat/__init__.py: __getattr__('v1') + _normalize_errors forward on-demand
- _compat/_v1_params.py: shim privado por composição (lazy)
- temp_pydantic_v1_params.py: proxy compat p/ zero breaking change
- _compat/main.py: helpers v1 centralizados via lazy_import
- remove scripts auxiliares e helper duplicado
✅ Smoke tests: v2 (3.14) sem warnings; v1 (3.14) warning único / STRICT→erro
