Introduces get_openapi_operation_id() for per-method operation ID generation in OpenAPI schemas, while preserving the original generate_unique_id() signature. This ensures: - Multi-method routes get unique operation IDs per HTTP method (fixes #13175) - Custom generate_unique_id_function implementations remain compatible - No breaking changes to public API The new function is only used by OpenAPI schema generation, keeping backwards compatibility with user-provided custom operation ID generators.pull/15327/head
