Fix blueprint not being wiped on full-wipe
Removed reference to random seeds as this feature doesn't exist yet
updated command name from wipeall to full-wipe (old commands will still work but are now hidden)

Some commands that require setting a variable, like "force-update" wouldn't work without this "eval" argument.
Example:

````
This fixes the issue.
