chore(.gitignore): expand .gitignore to include additional common files and directories to prevent clutter in the repository

feat(i18n.config.ts): add Turkish language support by importing tr.json and including it in the i18n configuration
feat(nuxt.config.ts): add Turkish language configuration to the Nuxt.js settings for improved localization support
