doc(zh): correct FastAPI request body translation

修正了 FastAPI 请求体相关译文，原译误将主语 FastAPI 
作为发送方，实际应是客户端向 API 发送数据。

The original translation incorrectly implied FastAPI sends data, 
whereas it should indicate that the client sends data to the API.
